Redeemed Mindset and Relationship Coaching was established in 2023 by a devoted wife of 20 years, a loving mother and teacher.  My busy life as a military spouse, mother of athletes and a certified schoolteacher is a life I wouldn't trade for the world.  It has taught me many lessons. Throughout my journey of laughter, tears, struggles and victory dances, I can proudly say that I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else other than my husband, lover and best friend alongside me to do it all over again.​
